The quality of what Didaktos AI creates depends on two moments: what you write before you press Generate, and what you ask for after. This guide shows both, step by step and with screenshots of the app: how to write Didaktos AI prompts that give a usable result on the first try, how Improve with AI<\/strong> fixes a vague description for you, and how to adjust any resource with the Edit<\/strong> chat instead of starting again.<\/p>\n

Part 1: Before you generate<\/h2>\n

Step 1: Let the form do half the work<\/h3>\n

You do not need to write the subject, grade or standard in your prompt. Choose them in the form: Resource Type<\/strong>, Subject<\/strong>, Grade Level<\/strong> and Context \/ Standard<\/strong>. Didaktos already uses them. Your description in Topic \/ Instructions<\/strong> only needs to say what is specific to this class.<\/p>\n

Step 2: Avoid the vague prompt<\/h3>\n

This is the most common mistake. A description like \u201cMake something about ecosystems\u201d gives Didaktos a topic but no direction, so the result is generic: it cannot know what your students already know, how long the class is or what they should do.<\/p>\n

Step 3: Use Improve with AI<\/h3>\n

If you are short on time, write the idea in a few words and press Improve with AI<\/strong>, just above the box. Didaktos rewrites your description with the key concepts and the right depth for the grade. Read it, change what you like and then generate. Improve with AI does not use any of your generations.<\/p>\n

Step 4: Write a strong description<\/h3>\n

A strong description is usually two or three sentences that answer five questions:<\/p>\n

    Very few resources are perfect on the first try, and you do not need to start again. Press Edit<\/strong> at the top of the preview.       Step 6: Check, undo or download<\/h3>\n

      Didaktos changes only what you asked for and confirms with Document updated<\/em>. If you prefer the previous version, press Undo<\/strong>. When it is ready, press Download<\/strong> to get a Word file you can keep editing, or Print<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

        No. Improving your description is free. Only generating the resource counts.<\/p>\n

        Does each Edit request count as a generation?<\/h3>\n

        Yes. Each change rewrites the document, so it uses one generation on the Free and Starter plans. On Pro there is no limit. That is why it pays to write a clear description first.<\/p>\n

        Can I write prompts in Spanish?<\/h3>\n

        Yes. Switch the app to ES and write in Spanish. The resource will be in Spanish too.<\/p>\n

        How long should a prompt be?<\/h3>\n

        Two or three sentences are usually enough. Longer is fine if every sentence adds something about your class.<\/p>\n
