Many schools ask for lesson plans in their own format, and many teachers already have the material they want to teach from: a textbook page, a reading, last year’s notes. With a Pro plan, Didaktos AI lets you generate resources from your files: lesson plans, worksheets, quizzes and more. Attach your school’s template and Didaktos fills it in, section by section. Attach your source material and Didaktos builds the resource from it, without inventing content. This page shows both, step by step, with screenshots of the app.
What you can attach
File
Examples
Photo or image (JPG, PNG, WebP)
A photo of a textbook page, a worksheet or a printed template
PDF
Your school’s format, a reading, a syllabus or a scanned chapter. Didaktos reads the first 10 pages, scanned pages included.
Word (.docx)
A lesson plan template, an exam you want to adapt, your notes
Text (.txt, .md, .csv)
A list of vocabulary, a class list of topics, plain notes
The maximum size is 5 MB per file. Attaching files is part of the Pro plan.
Two ways to generate resources from your files
As a template: Didaktos keeps the structure of your file, its headings, tables and sections in the same order, and fills it with the content you ask for.
As a source: Didaktos bases the resource on the content of your file, so the questions and activities match exactly what your students read.
You do not need to choose a mode. Didaktos recognizes whether the file is a format to fill in or material to use, and your instructions can make it explicit.
Use your school’s template in 2 steps
Step 1: Attach the template and describe the lesson
Choose the tool, for example Daily Lesson Plan, and set the subject, grade and standard. Press Attach and select your school’s template. The file appears next to the button with the PRO label. Then say what to do with it:
Fill in my school’s lesson plan template for a 50-minute 5th grade lesson on adding fractions with unlike denominators. Keep every section and its order.
Attach your school’s template and ask Didaktos to fill it in.
Step 2: Generate and check the sections
Press Generate Resource. The lesson comes out in your school’s format, with the same sections in the same order, ready to download as Word and hand in.
The result keeps every section of your template, in the same order.
Tip: save the settings with Template after generating. Next week you only change the topic; attach the file again and generate.
Create resources from your material in 2 steps
Step 1: Attach the page and ask for the resource
Choose the tool you need, for example Worksheet, and attach the material. A photo taken with your phone is enough: Didaktos reads the text and the figures.
Create a worksheet for 7th grade from this textbook page: 6 questions from easy to hard, a diagram to label and an answer key. Use only the information on the page.
Attach a page of your textbook or your notes to use as the source.
Step 2: Generate and review
The worksheet is built from your page, so the vocabulary and the facts match what students read. Check it as always, then copy, download or print it, or use the quick actions to create a quiz or a simpler version from it.
The questions come from your page, so they match what students read.
What teachers generate from their files
A lesson plan in the school’s official format, every week.
Reading comprehension questions from the chapter the class is reading.
On the Free and Starter plans, the Attach button shows the PRO label. When you press it, Didaktos shows the Pro options.

Pro costs $8.95 a month and Pro Annual $71.95 a year, about $6 a month. Both include unlimited generations and file attachments. Compare all plans on the pricing page. If you are on the Free plan, you can paste the key text from your file into Topic / Instructions instead.
