On the home screen, click the “Planning” category.
In Resource Type, select “Daily Lesson Plan” to create a hands‑on workshop activity.
Start from the Planning category to create a daily plan for the workshop.
2. Set the subject, level, standard and format
Subject:
Pick “Technology / Design / Maker” (or “Physics / Chemistry” for a science class).
Grade Level:
Select “Vocational Training”, or “High School” for a 9th–10th grade group.
Context / Standard:
Leave “No specific standard”, or choose your local curriculum.
Output Format:
Leave “Plain Text”. Didaktos selects the best format automatically, and you can change it.
Choose the resource type, subject, level and format for a vocational group.
3. Write the topic / instructions
In Methodology, select the STEM tag to include design, build and test phases.
Click inside the “Topic / Instructions” text box and enter the following (or a similar version):
Create a clear, step‑by‑step procedure for a basic electrical circuit activity for beginner students. Use simple components (battery, wires, switch, and light bulb). Include a materials list, safety reminders, numbered steps for building the circuit, and a short troubleshooting or reflection section. Use straightforward, workshop‑friendly language.
Optional refinements:
“Add a diagram description for the circuit.”
“Include safety warnings at the start and end.”
“Limit the activity to 30 minutes.”
Ask for materials, safety, numbered steps and troubleshooting; the STEM tag adds a build-and-test approach.
4. (Optional) Attach supporting files
Click the “Attach” button.
Upload a relevant file, such as a lab sheet, wiring diagram or safety checklist: an image, PDF, Word (.docx), .txt, .md or .csv file (max 5 MB).
The file appears next to the button. Didaktos uses it as a reference for the procedure.
Attaching files is a Didaktos Pro feature. On the free plan, paste the key text (for example, your safety rules) into the Topic / Instructions box instead. Learn more about using your own materials.
Attach your wiring diagram or lab sheet so the procedure matches your workshop (Pro).
5. Choose language
At the top of the panel, select EN for English‑language output.
For a Spanish version, select ES and generate again, or use the Translate action on the result.
Choose EN or ES before generating; the procedure is created in that language.
6. Generate the step‑by‑step procedure
Review all fields:
Resource Type: Daily Lesson Plan
Subject: Technology / Design / Maker
Grade Level: Vocational Training
Methodology: STEM
Output Format: Plain Text
Topic / Instructions: Your detailed request for a basic electrical circuit activity
Click “Generate Resource”.
Wait a few seconds while Didaktos creates the procedure.
Review the fields once, then generate the procedure.
7. Review and refine the result
Check that the generated activity includes:
A materials list.
Safety reminders appropriate for beginners.
Numbered steps for assembling the circuit.
A troubleshooting or reflection section.
Click “Edit” to refine it with a quick suggestion such as “Add materials”, or type your own follow‑up request:
“Add a labeled diagram description.”
“Include a short quiz at the end.”
“Adapt the activity for group work.”
To assess the activity, use the Create quiz or Create rubric action on the result.
Safety note: always review the safety steps yourself and adapt them to your workshop rules and equipment before using the procedure with students.
Refine the result with quick suggestions or your own follow-up request.
8. Save, export, or reuse
Click “Template” and give your settings a name, such as “Electrical Circuit – Vocational – Daily Plan”. It appears under Saved templates on the home screen.
Open History (the clock icon) to find your recent results again.
Use “Download” to get a Word file, “Copy” to paste it into your LMS, or the “Print” view for your workshop binder.
Save your settings as a template, find past results in History, and export or print for the workshop binder.
